Philadelphia's most valuable asset is our jobs. Non-city residents continue to arrive in our city to take hold of our jobs and then leave the city with paychecks to contribute to other local economies. By raising wage tax (to 6%) on non-city residents, the city will attract more residents and/or increase revenues. these revenues should be earmarked to attract new employers to the city or support current employers. This initiative would be a win-win for the City of Philadelphia and its residents. Let's stop the poaching of our most valuable assets; our JOBS!!!!!
