Once again, Councilman Bobby Henon will provide two scholarships for 6th District residents to participate in the Philadelphia City Planning Commission’s Citizens Planning Institute (CPI), which teaches Philadelphia residents how to participate in the community development process by teaching them about the Zoning Code and related planning processes.
The scholarships are valued at $100 and includes the core courses and two electives. The scholarships will be awarded to 6th District residents who have been accepted into the program. Classes are Wednesday evenings from 6-9 p.m. (dinner is included).
Applications to CPI are available online here and via paper copy. Applications are due by September 19, 2016.
