The Mayfair Business Improvement District (Mayfair BID) is seeking community input to strengthen and support its 5-Year Capital Plan this fall. Over the course of three public input sessions, the BID aims to incorporate the community’s vision for the commercial corridor and upcoming projects into its planning process.
Sessions (all sessions will be held at the Mayfair Community Center)
- Thursday, September 8 (6:30-8:30pm) – Community Vision and Project Brainstorming
- Saturday, October 15 (1-3pm) – Project Identification and Prioritization
- Monday, November 14 (6:30-8:30pm) – Draft Plan Open House and Community Celebration
With transparency, inclusiveness and a shared vision at the heart of its work, the Mayfair BID is in the process of drafting its 5-Year Capital Plan, which will serve as a strategy document and blueprint for its capital investments for its first five years of operation (2016-2020). It will identify specific capital projects/improvements, the timeline for said projects and projected costs.
Councilman Henon and/or members of his team will attend all input sessions.
