Bobby has worked hard to bring the most up-to-date constituent tools to the 6th District. From the technical (City Hall app) to the traditional (opening a District office), Bobby is available to his constituents 24-7. Many tools on this website also allow residents to seek out and find additional supports and services.
Use the menu above to navigate through some of the tools Bobby and his staff have made available, such as:
- A community calendar that lists events organized by Bobby's office and allows for user-submitted events so neighbors and civic organizations can promote participation in town watch, civic meetings and other events through Bobby's website.
- A monthly Sheriff Sale map, where users can view properties to be auctioned at Sheriff Sale throughout Philadelphia. Properties are categorized by opening bid. Users interested in learning more about specific properties or the Sheriff Sale process are encouraged to contact the Sheriff's office.
Big Idea, an "online voting booth" where users can view and rate current legislation introduced before City Council and submit their own ideas.
- Grassroots Toolkit, a multi-layer map encompassing a wide swath of 6th District amenities and service areas. Users will be able to locate their political ward and division, Registered Community Organization to contact for zoning notification, churches, elected officials, food pantries, play areas and more.
- An Appeals map, where users can view the Department of Licenses and Inspections' (L&I) appeals calendar of various violations, refusals, revocations, and denials to the Board of Building Standards, L&I Review Board and Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBA). Users can click through each property listed on the map to find out more information and official details on each appeal.
